It is very important to live one day at a time and be in the present moment. Don't focus on the past and most certainly do not focus on the future. When you are going through any situation, thinking about the future only makes you worry for no reason.

Release Worry About the Unknown and Surrender Your Worries to God

No one knows what future experience you may or may not have, but worrying will not help you. Worrying and stressing over things will not be helpful for your body, when your body is not well. Learn to let go and give it to God. Surrender all your worries and stresses to God. Pray and have faith that everything will be okay.

Move When You Can During Chemotherapy

When you are doing chemotherapy, laying down for too long is not good. Even though you may feel tired, try to get up and move. If you are too weak, rest, but if you feel like you can get up, get up and move around.

Find Joy and Stay Positive

Try to smile and laugh more. Watch comedy shows and movies to put you in a great mood. Do not stay in bad energy for long.
